Description
This Asian-inspired dip is creamy, smooth and full of heart-healthy fats from avocado. Blending in lime zest really elevates the citrusy flavour.

- 1 ripe, pitted and peeled avocado
- 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro (or as much as you like – I like to add way more!)
- 2 tbsp low sodium tamari, gluten-free soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- juice of 1 lime, + 1/4 tsp zest
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the food processor and process until completely smooth. Scrape down the sides of the jug with a spatula occasionally, and when finished, transfer to a small jar.
