Ingredients

- 1 big handful fresh spinach
- 1 serving high-quality vanilla protein powder, such as Vega Sport Performance Protein
- 1/2 peeled ripe frozen banana
- 1 tbsp natural organic peanut butter (peanuts should be the only ingredient)
- 1 – 2” piece of fresh ginger
- 1–2 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little extra ice if you want a thicker consistency, or water to thin.
