Peanut Butter & Ginger Green Smoothie

  • 1 big handful fresh spinach
  • 1 serving high-quality vanilla protein powder, such as Vega Sport Performance Protein
  • 1/2 peeled ripe frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp natural organic peanut butter (peanuts should be the only ingredient)
  • 12” piece of fresh ginger
  • 12 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ice


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little extra ice if you want a thicker consistency, or water to thin.
