- 2 big fistfuls of mixed greens (I used baby kale, romaine, rainbow chard and spinach)
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 serving high-quality vanilla protein powder, such as Vega One or Vega Sport
- 1 1/2 cups water or unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maca root powder (optional)
- ice
Instructions
- Toss all the ingredients into the Vitamix or other high-powered blender.
- Blend until completely smooth, adding more ice if you like.
- Pour and enjoy!
