Hi friends! Did you catch the new Essentials by Ellen release a couple of weeks ago? Life’s been quite busy lately (in great ways!) so I haven’t been in my craft room as much as I’d like, but I’ve been steadily working my way through creating with these celebration-themed goodies and am having so much fun. Do you have any favorites from this release?
Today I’m over on the Ellen Hutson blog with three projects that focus on the new Hey You suite, which consists of a stamp set, die and hot foil plate. When I first set out to work with this set, I realized that lining up the die (which is not see-through in any areas) was a little tricky. Thankfully, I discovered a few tricks while doing so that totally eliminated the need to guess when it came to placement, and you’ll see me share them in my video.
