Delightfully coconutty with a twist of lime and a hint of mint, this Low Sugar Coconut Matcha Mojito Smoothie is loaded with antioxidants and is sure to give you an energy boost.
Ingredients

- 1 big fistful of your favourite mild mixed greens (I used spinach and baby kale)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 serving high-quality vanilla protein powder, such as Navitas Organics Vanilla + Greens Essential Blend
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint
- juice + flesh of a lime (cut the rind and peel off completely)
- 1 tsp Navitas Organics Matcha
- 1 serving Navitas Organics Detox Daily Superfood Boost (optional), or your favourite greens powder as a booster
- seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- ice
Instructions
- Toss everything into a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- Adjust consistency by adding more ice if needed.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
