Answer me this… which do you love most:
a) The holidays
b) Holiday crafting
c) Presents
d) I can’t decide – I love them all!

If you answered D (which would be my answer too), it’s your lucky day because I’ve got a project that embraces all three. With December just a couple of sleeps away, I’m over on the Ellen Hutson blog sharing a video tutorial on how to create a DIY Christmas Village Advent calendar.

This project features the Essentials by Ellen Wide House Box and Christmas Add-On Die Sets, as well as the Pyramid Box and Candy Corn Add-On Die Set – both of which will certainly get a workout! Not only can you put your own crafty touches on it by choosing your favorite festive color palette, tree decorations and other accents, but there’s also the fun of stuffing each little box with surprises. You could keep it all for yourself (there’s nothing wrong with giving yourself treats each day!), or gift it to a friend or family member.
I hope you’ll come on over to watch and take a closer look!
